The Cheese cellar offers a unique Yarra Valley experience. I enjoyed the experience and would encourage anyone that is traveling around the Yarra Valley to check it out.

Drinks range from 18 gins to a dozen martinis but try the Industrial Revolution - a glass lined with black Luxardo Sambucca, filled with Siberian vodka and confectioner’s ball bearings. Last night we went to Grossi’s for dinner. Grossi Florentino is one of the best and expensive restaurants in Melbourne. We didn’t go there….we went next door to their Cellar Bar.
